FASTTRAK® (also referred to as "us", "we", “site”, or GOFASTTRAK.COM) provides various services that allow coaches to create, communicate and monitor training plans for their athletes. Individual athletes can create and track their own training plans. Also, fitness device files can be uploaded to FASTTRAK.

Personal data that is collected when you create an account Upon creating a new user account, we collect First Name, Last Name, and Email address. This information is used to identify the person and confirm that the user has initiated this request. After, Username and Password is collected to complete the account creation.
Optional personal data Other optional information that the user can provide includes: Phone Number, Address, City, State, Zip code, Country, Time Zone, Birth Year and Gender. This information is available to both the athlete and their coach to enhance communications, and to better assist in training.
Workout data For each workout activity the following data may be collected: Distance, Duration, Heart Rate, Speed, Cadence, Pace, Power, Fatigue, Soreness, Gear, and any workout description and comments.
Uploaded device files For each specific workout file that is uploaded into FASTTRAK, the following information may be collected depending on the device and the specific activity. This is not intended to be a complete list of all data elements, and it may change over time. Date, Duration, Distance, Device, Activity, Heart Rate, Speed, Power, Cadence, Lap data, Elevation, Location, and Map of workout.
All payments to FASTTRAK are made through the 3rd party billing vendor PayPal®. Your payment information such as credit card information is only shared with PayPal for processing the credit card payments. We do not store this information.
FASTTRAK will make an effort to keep Personal Data for at least a month beyond termination of the user’s membership; however, we may archive the data to accommodate those users who are inactive for longer periods of time. We reserve the right to charge a fee to restore the data. Also, we reserve the right to limit the size, number, and period of time, that device files are uploaded into FASTTRAK.
FASTTRAK does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to take the necessary actions.
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that is commonly used and sent to your browser from the website that you visit, and they are stored on your computer's hard drive.
